From AI Startup Founder to Product Leader
I started my journey by creating an AI startup that trained models from scratch to identify road cracks and potholes. Built the complete product ecosystem - from the labeling platform to feed the AI, implemented QA processes, and created the user-facing platform for visualization and interaction.
After growing the company to over $150K in annual revenue, I exited to focus on other ventures. Now I lead product teams at scale, owning long-term strategy and managing cross-functional teams of 16+ developers and designers.
I'm customer-obsessed and love talking to users to understand their pain points. My approach is simple: build products that solve real problems with exceptional user experience.
My Journey
Shaping CMS long-term strategy for next-gen Page Building and AI-powered content creation. Launched AI-powered CMS page builder cutting creation time from 45 to 10 minutes.
Built computer vision platform for civil engineering. Created labeling platform, QA processes, and user-facing visualization tools for AI model interactions.
Launched NLP-powered chatbot and 3 new digital products contributing to $1M ARR increase. Led cross-functional teams of 16 developers and 2 UX designers.
